JURA has further developed brewing processes to improve the specialty range. Using the Specialty Selection, you can select a pre-selection and then prepare your favorite drink with the chosen preset. These selections include the ground coffee function for decaf, as an example and the extra shot function – the ultimate energy kick that lasts all day. For extra shot milk specialties, the programmed coffee volume is split in half for two grinding and brewing cycles to achieve maximum flavor and aroma. Thanks to an optimized fluid system, popular Americano and Caffè Barista can be prepared at one-touch. Both specialties are light, aromatic and easy to digest. For this brewing process, espresso is brewed, and then hot water is added separately for a true, delicious, one-touch Americano and Caffè Barista.
